Role Overview
We are looking for Engineers and ITI graduates who enjoy working with machines, tools, and detailed processes. You will operate milling machines, run assembly tasks, troubleshoot production issues, and uphold the high-quality standards COCO LENI is known for.
This role offers deep technical training across multiple machines and manufacturing stages.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation and Technical Work
- Operate multi-axis milling machines, temple carving units, cutters, and drilling machines.
- Run tumbling, polishing, and surface-finishing processes.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, alignment, and tolerances.
- Assist in tool changes, machine calibration, and parameter adjustments.
Production and Assembly
- Execute daily work orders as per SOPs.
- Assemble hinges, cores, lenses, and frame components with precision.
- Maintain consistency across batches and variants.
Quality Control
- Perform visual and dimensional checks at each stage.
- Identify defects in finishing, alignment, or machining.
- Ensure zero-defect mindset and adherence to COCO LENIβs quality benchmarks.
Maintenance and Workshop Management
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain a neat, organised, 5S-compliant workshop space.
- Report technical issues promptly to the Production Manager.
Documentation
- Update ERP logs, QC sheets, and production trackers.
- Follow all safety and operational protocols.
Who You Are
- Diploma / ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Tool & Die, Mechanical) or
- BE / BTech / Mechanical Engineering graduates.
- 0β3 years experience in manufacturing, milling, woodworking, jewellery, or precision engineering (freshers welcome).
- Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing and learning advanced machinery.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with high standards.
