Consultation
We begin with how you see, work and move. Together we define the character of the frame—quiet or expressive, optical or sun—and the details that matter.
Personal consultation
Meet with a COCO LENI specialist to explore shape, materials, fit, and the details that make your frame entirely your own.
How it works
Six precise stages from first conversation to finished frame.
01
We begin with how you see, work and move. Together we define the character of the frame—quiet or expressive, optical or sun—and the details that matter.
02
A non-invasive 3D scan records bridge shape, face width, temple angle, pupil position and ear height. Manual checks complete a precise personal fit profile.
03
We draw the silhouette around your measurements, then choose bio-acetate or buffalo horn, colour, thickness, temple form and personal details.
04
A working prototype lets us test balance, bridge contact, cheek clearance and lens position before the final material is cut. We adjust until the frame sits naturally.
05
Your frame is cut, filed, pinned, polished and assembled in our Goa workshop. Traditional handwork and precise machining meet at every stage.
06
Lenses are selected for your prescription and fitted to the finished frame. We inspect alignment, polish and comfort before collection or insured delivery.
Materials
Selected for beauty, stability and the way each material changes in the hands of a maker.
01
Our bio-acetate begins with cellulose from renewable plant sources and a vegetable-derived plasticiser. It offers the depth, polish and stability required for a frame made to be worn for years—without relying on conventional petroleum-based plasticisers.
Light, durable and available in translucent, solid and patterned colour.
02
Genuine buffalo horn is selected for its warmth, low weight and naturally layered grain. Every sheet varies in tone and translucency, so each finished frame is singular. Horn softens gently against the skin and develops character with wear.
Natural material. Requires periodic conditioning and careful handling.
