Not happy with your order? No problem. You can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the product in its original condition.

Prescription Lenses & Personalized Orders

If your frame includes:

• Prescription lenses, or
• Personalization (like engraving)

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover lens and customization costs.

Free Return Shipping

We’ll arrange free return pickup through our logistics partners like Blue Dart or Delhivery. No need to visit a courier service—just let us know, and we’ll handle it.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
