30 Days No Questions Asked Returns
We want you to love your eyewear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.
You can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the product in its original condition.
We also allow a one-time exchange on frames that are not personalized (engraved) and without prescription lenses (tinted or clear).
Prescription Lenses & Personalized Orders
As each prescription lens is custom-made to your specifications, they are non-refundable.
For frames that have been personalized (e.g., engraving), a 10% restocking fee will be applied upon return to cover customization costs.

We offer free return shipping through our logistics partners, including Blue Dart and Delhivery. Once you initiate a return, we'll arrange for a pickup at your convenience.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

10 Years Warranty
Your COCO LENI frames are backed by a 10-year warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. If you encounter any such issues within this period, we will repair your frames at no additional cost.
Please Note:
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty does not cover lenses, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
- For repairs outside of manufacturing defects, a reasonable fee will be quoted before proceeding with the service.
