We want you to love your eyewear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

You can return it within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked. We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the product in its original condition.

Refund can be issued to the original payment method only.

We also allow a one-time exchange on frames that are not personalized (engraved) and without prescription lenses (tinted or clear).

Please note: We arrange our return pick ups with DELHIVERY, this takes 10-15 days to reach us.

As each prescription lens is custom-made to your specifications, they are non-refundable.​

For frames that have been personalized (e.g., engraving), a 10% restocking fee will be applied upon return to cover customization costs.​

International orders can be exchanged or returned if you arrange courier delivery to our Goa Warehouse directly. Please note that we do not currently offer return pickup services.

All international customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Once your return reaches our Goa Warehouse, we will process the exchange or refund according to our standard policy.

Before placing an international order, please review the frame size, product details, prescription requirements, and shipping address carefully. For any questions or concerns, contact our team before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

Your COCO LENI frames are backed by a 10-year warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. If you encounter any such issues within this period, we will repair your frames at no additional cost.

Please Note:

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.​
• The warranty does not cover lenses, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.​
• For repairs outside of manufacturing defects, a reasonable fee will be quoted before proceeding with the service.
