COCO LENI is looking for a confident and service-driven Sales Executive with experience in premium or luxury retail. Someone who understands refined customer experience, attention to detail, and the art of guiding people to the right product.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a warm, premium in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend frames with confidence
- Explain materials, craftsmanship, lens options, and fit
- Manage walk-ins, follow-ups, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain store cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock arrangement
- Assist customers with prescription checks and lens selections
- Guide customers through order placement, invoicing, and POS
- Achieve monthly sales targets with a relationship-first approach
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in premium/luxury retail (eyewear, fashion, watches, hospitality, or lifestyle)
- Strong communication skills and polished grooming
- Natural ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Basic understanding of lenses, prescriptions, or willingness to learn
- Comfort with POS systems, WhatsApp communication, and digital tools
- High integrity, discipline, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Based in Goa/Delhi or willing to relocate
