Role Overview

We are looking for an optometrist who can combine strong clinical skills with confident retail sales. The ideal candidate ensures accurate eye testing, builds trust with customers, and helps them choose the right eyewear from our handcrafted collections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate eye examinations using modern equipment
• Interpret prescriptions and guide customers with lens options
• Recommend frames based on face structure, lifestyle and visual needs
• Educate customers on product features: materials, craftsmanship, lens technology
• Maintain store hygiene, testing equipment, and daily reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support store-level performance
• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience that reflects the COCO LENI brand
• Coordinate with the production team for prescription orders, follow-ups, and after-sales support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry (full-time)
• 1–5 years of experience in optical retail or premium eyewear stores
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• High attention to detail and ability to guide customers confidently
• Sales orientation with ability to convert walk-ins and upsell lenses
• Familiarity with advanced lenses, coatings, and prescription types (progressives, high-index, etc.)
• Comfortable working with digital POS systems and inventory tools
• Passion for luxury/handcrafted products is a plus
