COCO LENI is a handcrafted eyewear brand built in Goa, scaling rapidly across manufacturing, retail, and digital. As we grow from a founder-led team into a structured organisation, we are looking for an HR & Recruiter who can own hiring, people systems, and culture with clarity and discipline.

This is not a corporate HR role. This is a hands-on builder role.

What You Will Do

Recruitment (Core Responsibility)

• Own end-to-end hiring for retail, manufacturing, design, content, operations, and leadership roles
• Work closely with founders and functional heads to understand role intent, not just JD keywords
• Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, institutes, and field networks
• Drive fast, high-quality closures while maintaining culture fit

People & HR Operations

• Manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and exits
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, contracts, and compliance
• Support performance reviews, incentive structures, and feedback cycles
• Act as a bridge between management and teams on people matters

Culture & Systems

• Help build a strong work culture rooted in ownership, craftsmanship, and accountability
• Assist in defining SOPs for HR, hiring frameworks, and evaluation processes
• Support internal communication, discipline, and team alignment across locations

Who You Are

• 3–7 years experience in recruitment / HR (startup or retail/manufacturing exposure preferred)
• Strong hiring instincts – you can judge people beyond resumes
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
• Organised, calm, and reliable under pressure
• Clear communicator with high integrity
• Willing to be on the ground when required (stores, workshop, interviews)
